What I take on, outside the desk.
I lead learning full-time at Booking.com. These are the commissions I accept outside that role, in small numbers. Every engagement is scoped against a measurable outcome; every deliverable ships with the evaluation layer attached, not bolted on at the end.
Value-based pricing, scoped to project complexity — no hourly rate card. Most engagements run 4–12 weeks and land in the €5–50K range, depending on scope and measurement depth. I quote after a first conversation, once the actual problem is legible.

Serious Games in Godot
When the decision tree actually matters — safety-critical, clinical, hard soft-skills, anything where state and consequence drive learning — Storyline runs out of room. I design, prototype, and ship a bespoke serious game in Godot 4, with SCORM / xAPI integration for your LMS. Scenario Studio tooling where it earns its keep.

Completion rates are not evidence. I run a diagnostic on your current evaluation, design behaviour-based indicators, and wire them to the operational signals your business already tracks — CSAT, QA scores, incident rates, quality deltas. You get a dashboard your team can run without me.
