The fine print
Value-based pricing, scoped to project complexity — no hourly rate card. Most engagements run 4–12 weeks and land in the €5–50K range, depending on scope and measurement depth. I quote after a first conversation, once the actual problem is legible.

One call, one write-up. We diagnose the actual problem, agree the behaviour that has to change, and name the signal we'll measure. If the brief is the wrong brief, this is where we find out.
