A personal-growth community co-founded with a former colleague. The public-facing side is coaching, content, and community. The operating side — what I run — is the machinery that makes all of it shippable by a small team.
What I actually do
Systems & automation — the workflows that move content, leads, and operations through the business without someone having to babysit a spreadsheet.
Project management & finances — the scaffolding layer. The part that’s boring to outsiders and existential to a two-person company.
LMS ownership — the Therapix course platform on uteach. Architecture, content flow, the author-to-learner loop.
Internal coaching — mentoring team members on building effective online courses. The same ID rigor I apply to corporate L&D, tuned for a personal-growth audience.
Why it’s here
Most of my L&D work is inside someone else’s org, under someone else’s budget. Therapix is the counterweight — a bet on “what would I actually build if I owned all the constraints?” — and a reality check on every generalisation I make about L&D scale, tooling, and economics.
