A LearnDash-on-WordPress LMS for Catalyst Balkans, the regional hub supporting civil-society organisations across the Balkans. Proaktor is the NGO-sector professional-development arm.
What I did
- Platform selection & setup — LearnDash on WordPress, chosen for its ecosystem fit and the maintenance profile the organisation could actually sustain.
- Course-structure consulting — shaping multi-format content (self-paced + live + reading) into a coherent learner journey inside the LMS.
- Rollout support — working with the Catalyst Balkans team through the first program launches.
Why LearnDash
Catalyst Balkans had a WordPress estate already — marketing site, resources library, grants portal. Pulling the LMS onto the same stack meant one set of conventions, one auth layer, one team to train. The “best tool” answer here was the one that compounded with what was already running, not the one with the most features on a spec sheet.
