HPLJ treats learning as a journey — not a course, not a workshop, not a curriculum — and forces the designer to answer three questions up front:

The video was built as part of a Booking.com application, but it holds up as a standalone reference for how I approach any non-trivial L&D brief. It’s also the clearest public artifact of the HPLJ certification I hold — less marketing, more design reasoning out loud.
