A scenario-based practice module where the learner roleplays a customer-support agent and the choices flow into a live xAPI leaderboard.

The brief

Started as a hiring-assignment scenario. Extended after the fact with an LRS connection so multiple plays surface a leaderboard — turning a one-shot module into a low-stakes competitive loop.

Why it’s here

Most SCORM modules don’t track anything finer than passed/failed. This one was an excuse to wire up the full xAPI path and show that even a stock authoring tool can feed a useful data stream.
